Alert us of your special medical conditions, such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or other medical complications. We strongly advise you to seek the advice of your doctor before signing up for any spa treatments.

Bring your gym attire and swimwear or let us know your gym apparel size if you intend to use our complimentary set. We provide towels, bathrobes and personal amentities for complimentary use of guests.


Check in 1 hour before scheduled appointment to fully enjoy the facilities and services in the Spa.

Give a 24-hour cancellation notice to allow a reschedule of your spa treatment. Re-scheduling of appointments is subject to room availability.

Leave your personal belongings in the locker provided.

Keep noise level minimal so as to maintain a conducive environment for all patrons.

Photography, videography, outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited. Refrain from using handphones and electronic devices within the facility.

Your eDC card and spa voucher will be required at time of reservation.
